Writing a Brief
Before you can start receiving quotes for your product, you need an accurate brief that will make sure that the quotes you receive are comparable. We can help you create a better brief and work with a few factories in the research process to improve the specifications with you. This saves a ton of time and will make sure that we are perceived as professionals.
Research Suppliers
We have access to many more suppliers that you would traditionally find on sites like Alibaba. The domestic market has better prices and a ton of high quality suppliers. Sites like Alibaba are filled with agencies pretending to be suppliers and the listed prices are all over the place. We get quotes from the manufacturers. We verify their authenticity and talk to them. We love to provide many options. This leads to better prices and higher quality as we move to the sample creation.
Supplier Selection
Ultimately, you make the supplier selection. We will provide you data before you order your samples. We will give you feedback about how responsive is the supplier. The quality of the communication with them. And their will to work with sellers of your size. Once you order your samples from different suppliers (highly recommended), we will ship them to you together to save a lot on freight fees.
Negotiation
Negotiation on price lies on a fine line. Try to cut too much and the supplier will cut in quality and lose interest to work with you. Don't cut anything and you will not be competitive on the market. We can help you navigate through this. Having multiple supplier options, gives you the upper end in negotiation. Often, negotiating on the terms instead of the price, has the best outcome for the sellers. We can help with this too!
Production
Your first purchase order is sent! We will follow up to get the first production master unit. If there are tools to make and molds, we make sure that the suppliers stay within budgets and meet their timelines. We update our sellers regularly and make sure to share any concerns about possible deadline being missed.
Payment
Suppliers on the chinese domestic market often don't have a license to receive payment in USD and to export the goods. This means that they need to work with middle agencies to take payment and ship the goods. The fees are anywhere between 2% and 5%! We are able to avoid those fees and help you pay for your bulk order in a
Freight
We work with trustworthy freight partners and can organize your bulk order pickup and delivery directly to your warehouse or Amazon FBA's warehouse. We can get the best price for your freight and make sure to follow up your order until it is delivered.
Reordering and Management
Maintaining a continuity in the supply chain is important. We can help in re-negotiating the prices, managing the communications with the factory, documentation, updating existing products and ensuring an in-time delivery, QC inspection and freight.

I see so many entrepreneurs in a situation where they are not told who their suppliers are, there are a ton of hidden costs that prevent them from being competitive. This is unacceptable.
